EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY RESTORATION
Both of the machines pictured below were sold to businesses that use them every day for eight to ten hours a day.
1958 LINCOLN SA-200 ENGINE DRIVEN WELDER
Here is what we started with.

The finished product
Time to sell it and start another one...
1975 MILLER BIG 40
The above three pictures are what it looked like when the scrap yard delivered it. I was able to get it to start, but it would not weld.
After fooling around with it for two days I got it to run and weld. I decided it was worth restoring so I stripped it down and got it ready to blast and paint.
The two pictures above are after blasting and painting.
Here is a picture of the selector switch which was one of the main problems. We completely rebuilt the switch with all SS hardware. This switch has 184 parts.
The two pictures above are of the finished welder. The trailer base it is shown sitting on is used only for a work platform. I sold the welder without a base.
CIRCA 1955 RESTORED SERVICE STATION AIR COMPRESSOR
Here is what we started with.
Here is what it looks like now.
We still need to add a belt guard but other than that, it's essentially done.
It now has a 7.5HP 3phase motor with a built on 3phase converter integrated
in the control box. It can be operated on single phase 240 VAC
or 208 to 240 VAC three phase power.
After a brief testing period it will be offered for sale.
